Christmas Giveaway

The contest is organized by Santana Golf.

• Employees of Santana Golf, and their immediate family members or members of the same househould.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  Santana Golf may in some circumstances require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
• Santana Golf will not accept entries that are: automatically generated by computer; completed by third parties, illegible or incomplete, late or not submitted in full compliance with the Competition entry requirements.
• There is no limit of one entry per person.
  The participant can leave multiple comments but tagging different friends as an automated tool will randomly select the winner of the giveaway.
• Santana Golf reserves all rights to disqualify the participant if the conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the contest (this includes offensive or hurtful comments towards other participants, Santana Golf or anyone involved in the giveaway, or any other comments that Santana Golf deems inappropriate).
• Santana Golf is not responsible for entries which are not received or processed due to a technical problem.

The contest begins on December 3rd, 2024 and ends on December 19th, 2024 at 23.59 PM (local time).

• Follow Santana Golf page on Instagram or on Facebook, depending on which one the person is participating.
  
  
• In the comments section of the reel, tag a friend to enter the giveaway. You can write as many comments as you like, as long as you tag a different friend in each comment!
  The more comments you make + friends you tag, the more chances you have to win.

• The prize consists of 4 green fees with two shared buggies included, valid until December 31st, 2025 (except for the high season period).

• The winner of the giveaway will be selected using a tool that will randomly choose a winner.
  This will ensure that the winner is chosen fairly and transparently.

The winner will be notified via DM on the corresponding platform (Instagram or Facebook) and will be announced in the giveaway reel on December 20th, 2024.

• The prize must be redeemed within one year from the announcement date.
  
• The prize is not valid during the high season period.
  Specific high season dates will be provided to the winner.
• The winner can’t select or swap the prize.
• Prize is not transferable or negotiable.
• There is no cash alternative for the prize.
• The winner will have 60 days from the date he/she is notified of having won (the Prize Acceptance Period) within which to claim the prize by confirming acceptance of the prize.
• The prize cannot be claimed by a third party on the winner’s behalf.
• Santana Golf will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is not available, turns our to be ineligible or has not claimed their prize with the Prize acceptance period, Santana Golf reserves the right to use a tool that will randomly select a new winner.
• Santana Golf does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up or redeem the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the giveaway, the entrants agree that their comments and usernames will be publicly shared in the winner announcement and related posts.

Santana Golf is not responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience arising from participation in the contest or the use of the prize.

By participating, entrants accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

• Participation in the contest implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The contest isn’t sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook in any way.
