The contest is organised by Santana Golf.

• Employees of Santana Golf, and their immediate family members Employees of Santana Golf, their immediate family members, or anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
• By entering the giveaway, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. 
• Entries that are automatically generated, completed by third parties, illegible, incomplete, late, or do not comply with the entry requirements will not be accepted.
• There is no limit of one entry per person. Participants may comment multiple times, tagging different friends.
• The use of bots, automation, or spam accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Santana Golf reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to the spirit of the contest.
• Santana Golf is not responsible for entries not received or processed due to technical issues.

The contest begins on December 5th, 2025 and ends on December 11th, 2025 at 23:59 PM (local time).

To enter the giveaway:

• Like the official giveaway reel.
• Comment on the giveaway by tagging as many friends as you want.
• Participants may tag multiple people to increase their chances.

• The prize includes:

• The Merchandising cannot be exchanged, modified or substituted. No cash alternative will be offered for any items.
• The merchandise items forming part of the prize shall be collected by the winner on the day of the game. Items will not be shipped or collected in advance.
• The prize is valid until December 31st, 2026, excluding high season dates (to be communicated to the winner).
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative.
• The winner may not choose or substitute the prize.

• The winner will be selected randomly using a digital tool to ensure fairness and transparency.
• The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram or Facebook.
• The winner will also be announced publicly in the giveaway post/reel on December 12th, 2025.
• The winner will have 60 days from notification to confirm prize acceptance.
• If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted, a new winner will be selected using the same random method.

• The prize must be used before December 31st, 2026.
• It is not valid during high season, and those dates will be communicated by Santana Golf.
• The prize cannot be claimed by a third party.
• Santana Golf will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner but is not liable if the winner fails to redeem the prize.

By entering, participants agree that their usernames and comments may be shared publicly for winner announcements and related promotional purposes.

Santana Golf is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in the contest or from use of the prize.
